E-mail subject line must list foster’s name and associated rescue. For example: Abby-WeResue.
Attach a jpeg photo of your foster. Only one please. However, we may ask for more.
Their petfinder or Adopt-a-Pet listing
Foster Bio
Proof of 501(c)3 or Canadian equivalent of nonprofit status. Link to database listing is acceptable.
Be willing to provide follow up information. Including a short blurb, and photo of adoption or in new home.
Selection Criteria:
Fosters must belong to a 501(c)3 or equivalent charitable organization.
There must be no pending or current legal action or valid complaint made to the Better Business Bureau against your organization.
Foster must be considered difficult to adopt. Ie. suffer from chronic illness, breed discrimination, long-term disability, long-term foster situation, etc.
Foster must be listed in an online database. Petfinder or Adopt-a-Pet are acceptable.
Submissions begin on the 1st of the month at midnight, and conclude by the third Saturday of each month. Any late submissions will be disregarded. Submitted profiles will be narrowed down to four finalists by a panel as selected by Samantha Stauch, LLC. Panel members demonstrate appropriate skills, abilities and knowledge necessary to evaluate submitted pets. An appointed member of Samantha Stauch, LLC. will select the overall winner.
The selected Winner will be contact on the 3rd Saturday of the month. Selected winners must respond within 24 hours of initial contact Samantha Stauch, LLC. reserves the right to proceed with any of the other runner ups if you do not respond in time.
Samantha Stauch, LLC. is not responsible for adoption fees, legal fees, or any injury that may occur as a result of adopting or fostering a featured pet. It is the responsibility of the selected rescue, and adopter to ensure that a potential match up is appropriate and safe for both parties, and to ensure the overall health and safety of a foster.
Samantha Stauch, LLC. is a platform for sharing pets, not a rescue. Pets will be featured on the website, Samantha Stauch, LLC. social media platforms, and in the monthly newsletter. The duration of the posting is subject to outlying factors from third parties. Samantha Stauch, LLC. does not guarantee a length of time for a posted foster. Only that the foster will be shared as listed within these official rules.
